The workshop for "heavy" work as carpentering or iron welding takes place at Rabot Station and at the boat garage for rubber boats or motors reparations notably (not warmed)..

There is also some place (not warmed) at the Red Garage for this type of work.

The workshop is used for the mechanical maintenance for outboards, rubber boats, wood and work as iron welding, wood carpentering. Wood boxes for specific transportation can also be done there (materials are bought to Kingsbay AS).

An other workshop for more precise technical work is located into the Observatory building. Only restricted personnel can use it.
