After your project has been granted by the joint AWIPEV advisory board, you are obliged to register your project with the ENVINET database at AMAP and the new database of the  Science Svalbard Forum that will be available from december 2006 on.

AMAP is an international organization established in 1991 to implement components of the Arctic Environmental Protection Strategy (AEPS). AMAP hosts the ENVINET database. Your project must be filled into the ENVINET database before April 20TH, 2007.
